Company DescriptionWe are looking for a self-motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Senior Production Associate (Window Assembler/Mulling), where independence, focus, and quality workmanship are key to success.Starting rate for this position is $24.45/hour. Additional increase opportunities available based on cross-training and demonstrated skill progression.Job DescriptionPerform final assembly of vinyl window products to meet production and quality standardsInstall interior and exterior components, including brickmould, nailing fin, jamb extensions, and reinforcementsAssemble individual windows into larger combination units using couplersScan completed mulling products and verify order accuracyConduct quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet specificationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPrimary responsibilities will focus on mulling; however, candidates are expected to cross-train and rotate between workstations as directed by the supervisor to meet business needs.Primary responsibilities will focus on mulling; however, flexibility to rotate between stations and tasks as directed by the supervisor is required to support business needs.QualificationsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision (critical requirement)Demonstrated ability to stay focused, manage time effectively, and avoid distractions in a fast-paced production environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing tasks and prioritiesAbility to accurately read a tape measureExperience using power and hand tools is requiredPhysically capable of lifting, moving, and handling windows weighing up to 100 lbsAbility to read and write in EnglishStrong commitment to workplace safetyHigh attention to detail with a focus on product qualityStrong attendance and reliability is essentialAbility to work a bi-weekly rotating shift scheduleWillingness and flexibility to work overtime as required to meet production and business demandsKnowledge of window products is an assetBasic computer skills are considered an assetAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
