The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive, and profitable operation are achieved. This position is also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both respect and growth into the day-to-day operations. *Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* _- Selection and training of all key managers_ _- Oversight and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise_ _- Compliance with all company policies and procedures_ _- Performing or following-up on all delegated tasks while leading by example_ *Requirements include, but are not limited to:* _- Must pass criminal records check_ _- Bilingual Abilities are a plus to enhance communications with diverse customers_ _- Excellent time management skills_ _-Retail management experience_ _- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision_ _- Computer literacy_ _- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_ _- Analytical skills_ _- Good decision-making abilities_ *In addition to the annual salary, the Store Manager is entitled to the following benefits:* _- Up to $100 in performance based weekly bonus payable monthly_ _- Store discount_ _- On-site training provided _ _- Excellent growth and career opportunities_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
