Location: Calgary, Alberta (Remote) About the Role: Corus Radio Calgary has an exciting opportunity for a Maternity Leave-Contract, position as a Traffic Coordinator in our Calgary office. Reporting to the Traffic Manager, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the Traffic team. You’ll contribute by: Inputting data entries of traffic orders within our traffic software Assemble and edit commercial logs Assist with filing system Reconcile previous days commercial log Communicate and assist our sales department with inventory inquiries. Verify contract confirmations Run and Print reports Assist on-air with commercial traffic inquiries Skills and experience you will bring: Prior experience in a radio traffic or broadcasting operational role is preferred Previous Traffic or WideOrbit Software experience is preferred Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines Microsoft office computer skills including Excel Must be pro-active, ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task with solid organizational skills.
