Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family, a uniform allowance and free parking. $20.00 - $22.00/hr per hour, depending on experience Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 32-hour workweek, Monday through Thursday. No evenings or weekends How You’ll Make An Impact Facilitate patient flow by cleaning and resetting clinic chairs as efficiently as possible Continually maintain sterilization of all clinical instruments and equipment throughout the day Follow a monthly maintenance schedule for clinical equipment Regularly inspect the clinic (including the brushing stations) and make sure all areas are clean, organized and stocked End of day closing procedures including restocking, disposal of garbage and recycling Actively participate in staff meetings Work cooperatively with fellow team members Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice About you: Experience within a dental/medical clinical setting is an asset but not required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills You can take direction and apply it immediately Comfortable multi-tasking and keeping pace in a fast, high-energy clinic Takes personal ownership of assigned tasks and follows them through Ready to join a team that values excellence, integrity, and community?
