As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an Inventory/Receiving Clerk to join our Supply Chain team in Port Alberni. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Safely and accurately control inventory within the stores area, including inspecting and receiving incoming items and maintaining records in accordance with regulatory requirements. * Pick and pack parts and other materials as requested. * Track all inbound and outbound shipments and update the inventory management system accordingly. * Ensure parts and materials are stored in their designated locations and that the stores area remains safe, clean, and organized. * Support Supply Chain initiatives as required. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: * 1 or more years of shipping and receiving experience is preferred. * A valid driver’s licence is required. * Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate with various departments to coordinate the efficient flow of inventory. * Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Responsible for the safe and accurate control of stores areas, including the inspection, receipt, and tracking of inventory items. Duties include picking and packing materials and coordinating the flow of inventory to support aircraft ground crew.

Requires at least one year of shipping/receiving experience and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
