We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Supervisor to join us at our Farm facility in Cochrane Pond. Under the direction of our Farm Manager, this role will be responsible for supervision of staff while coordinating daily activities to ensure they are completed safely and with optimal effectiveness. You will be tasked with coordinating and ensuring exemplary husbandry procedures, performing safety inspections and arranging repairs and maintenance of equipment. You will maintain proper documentation to guarantee adherence with biosecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Is this role right for you?If you are highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills this could be a terrific opportunity for you. This role requires proven leadership and strong organizational capabilities. You will have completed a post-secondary agricultural or food science program with 2 years' previous supervisory experience.
