We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Associate in our FC on 275th street, Langley, BC. In this role, the worker will assist the warehouse operator to ensure the proper functioning of logistics operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, thorough, and attentive to detail. This position represents an excellent opportunity to actively participate in the development of a young Canadian start-up and the creation of a strong customer-centric culture. What you'll be doing Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, etc.) are completed on time & in full. Unloading containers (as needed). Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all FC activities. Ensure safety measures & warehouse rules are known and obeyed by all employees. Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met. Other related tasks. We'd love to hear from you if you have 2+ years experience in a distribution centre setting. Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a must as there is no public transportation to this location. Experience in a quality control environment is an asset. Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes. High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in Canada. Experience in a small teams or startups is an asset. Valid Class 1 SFL forklift license is an asset. Valid Class 2 reach truck license is an asset. We care about you Strong customer-centric culture. Dynamic and enthusiastic team. Growth opportunities. Ce que vous ferez

The associate will manage daily logistics activities including receiving, picking, shipping, and quality control. They are also responsible for unloading containers and proposing process improvements to enhance FC operations.

Exigences

Candidates need 2+ years of distribution center experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with a vehicle. Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and eligibility to work in Canada are required.
