CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring Production Workers (Temporary Part-time) to provide coverage for absences of our Operations team in cross‑functional operational activities. This role is responsible for preparing and assembling interior automotive units, such as Instrument panels (dashboard) on a moving production line, while contributing to SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives. What You’ll Do (Key responsibilities, not limited to) * Operate in a fast‑paced, rotating line environment. * Ability to stand, move, stretch, and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift. * Perform occasional lifting and material handling; most lifts do not exceed 25-40 pounds. Heavier or awkward loads are handled with mechanical assistance or team lifting in accordance with ergonomic and safety guidelines. * Availability to work up to 40-48 hours per week, subject to production demands. Must be flexible to work ROTATING day and afternoon or a straight night shift, overtime, and Saturdays when required. Employees must complete a probationary period of ninety (90) days worked. TPTs wills be considered for Full-time roles when they become available) What You Bring * High School diploma or equivalent required (copy of certificate to be provided at interview). * Ability to work enthusiastically and effectively in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven team environment. * Strong manual dexterity to perform a sequence of precise, repetitive tasks. * Good hand‑eye coordination. * Ability to use hand tools; training will be provided. * Basic knowledge of electrical theory considered an asset. * Effective verbal communication skills required.
