The Role We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of national marketing campaigns, menu launches, restaurant openings, and brand initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate strategy into detailed rollout plans, manage people and external partners, and ensure accurate execution across every location. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Marketing, this role leads day-to-day marketing execution and helps build the systems, accountability, and team performance required to support our continued growth. Who You Are Experienced marketing operator who takes ownership and follows projects through to completion Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders Clear and confident communicator who creates accountability across teams Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and brand consistency Calm and solutions-focused when priorities, inputs, or deadlines change Comfortable leading team members, vendors, and cross-functional projects Motivated by delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement What We Offer Comprehensive health benefits Leadership training and professional development support Career growth opportunities as the company and marketing department continue to expand Monthly hospitality budget + dining discounts across company locations Team perks and partner industry benefits What You’ll Lead Campaign & Marketing Project Management Own the national marketing calendar and manage campaigns from initial brief through launch and post-campaign review Lead menu launches, seasonal campaigns, restaurant openings, event activations, and other marketing initiatives Develop detailed project timelines, rollout plans, asset lists, approval processes, and operational instructions Track campaign budgets, identify risks, and resolve execution issues to keep projects on schedule Review campaign performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives Collaboration & Leadership Partner with Operations, Culinary, Finance, restaurant leaders, and suppliers to ensure successful execution across all locations Lead and support Marketing team members by setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining accountability Maintain organized project management systems that provide stakeholders with visibility into priorities, deadlines, and approvals Brand & Creative Execution Oversee menu proofing, pricing validation, copy approvals, and production accuracy across all guest-facing materials Maintain brand consistency while adapting campaigns and marketing materials for different locations and markets Vendor & Agency Management Manage photographers, designers, printers, agencies, production partners, and other external vendors Establish project scopes, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance expectations for external partners What You’ll Bring 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, including ownership of complex campaigns or launches Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, consumer brands, or another multi-location environment Proven ability to lead complex marketing initiatives from planning through execution Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience reviewing and approving guest-facing marketing materials Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with stakeholders Experience managing team members, freelancers, agencies, or production vendors Experience managing budgets, vendor estimates, production timelines, and competing priorities Experience supporting restaurant menu launches or new restaurant openings is considered a strong asset Proficiency with project management, presentation, reporting, and spreadsheet tools Where You’ll Work Based in our Downtown Calgary office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional evenings/weekends for launches, campaigns, or activations Occasional travel across Canada as needed If you are a hands-on marketing leader who enjoys turning ideas into organized, accurate, and successful launches, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
