Requisition ID: 185214 Position Summary Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreperson for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.Position Requirements This is a working foreperson position Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Carpenter Ticket or equivalent hours Valid safety certifications: Valid Fall Protection Valid MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) Minimum of five years’ experience as a foreperson in industrial construction Experience with Peri formwork is considered an asset A clean five-year driver’s abstract is required Compensation and Shift Details Base wage: $56.80 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement ITC Premium: $0.54 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours Overtime and weekend work may be required Ability to work both day and night shifts is necessary Additional Information Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests No travel and living-out expenses provided Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting minimum qualifications will be contacted Project Information The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
