Why work at Craftsman Collision? * Earn up to $150,000 per year (base salary + monthly/annual bonuses) * Up to $10,000 signing bonus or relocation assistance amount (within Canada) * Comprehensive benefits package * Company provided vehicle and $250 gas allowance per month * Modern facilities with state of the art equipment and tools * Opportunities for professional growth and I-CAR training * Be part of a proudly Canadian company that values teamwork, innovation, and doing things the right way WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. * Provide coaching, direction, and support to a diverse team of technicians, estimators, and coordinators. * Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer care. * Manage shop financials, KPIs, payroll, and vendor relationships. * Promote Craftsman Collision in the community and support business development initiatives. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive, collision repair, or related industries (leadership and customer service experience required). * Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset. * Strong understanding of shop operations, budgeting, and performance management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, ALLDATA) and familiarity with ADAS/vehicle calibration systems considered an asset. * Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract. * Legally entitled to work in Canada.
