Pay rate: Starting at minimum wage ($18.25/hour). It will gradually increase over time based on performance reviews. Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate damaged contents for restoration potential. Perform cleaning and restoration processes using specialized equipment and techniques. Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all restoration activities. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and technologies. Assist with inventory management and organization of restored items. Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred. Previous experience in content restoration or a related field is an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
