Benefits: Free food & snacks Help or transport service Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities: Assist with general labour tasks on job sites in and around the Victoria/Langford area Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Follow health and safety protocols and company procedures on every job Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on site Requirements: Previous general labour or construction experience is an asset Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Valid driver's licence is preferred Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Comfortable working in varying weather and job site conditions Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
