Responsibilities: * Assist customers with laundry services and provide excellent customer service. * Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment efficiently. * Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to company standards. * Keep the laundromat clean and organized for a pleasant customer experience. * Monitor inventory levels and report any supply needs to management. * Ensure safety and cleanliness protocols are followed at all times. * Handle cash transactions and assist with customer inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
