Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve collective goals. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or management, preferably in the content or marketing industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings. A positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales excellence.
