Our consulting services client is looking for an Integrated Delivery Manager to join their team. This will be for 12+ months to fte, remote. You will be acting as the central orchestration point between clint stakeholders and agency delivery teams. This role ensures alignment across capacity, governance, and delivery priorities. The Integrated Delivery Manager translates business priorities into sequenced, well-governed delivery plans. Key Responsibilities Receive, evaluate, and triage incoming derivative content requests through the established briefing intake process, validating against Mosaic usage guidelines and approved channels and markets. Facilitate and attend weekly pipeline touchpoints to align stakeholders on priorities, content needs, and delivery status; author and distribute written contact reports documenting agreed actions and decisions. Scope incoming work against fixed capacity and pre-determined effort ranges by channel; route over-capacity or out-of-scope items through appropriate governance and change control processes. Secure and manage approved source materials, including claims, brand guidelines, templates, and assets from content owners and Agencies of Record. Lead governance cadences, including status reviews, business reviews, risk assessments, and decision and escalation forums, and maintain thorough documentation of outcomes; consolidate accurate and timely reporting of program/project status to senior management. Capture and apply lessons learned; maintain and update delivery playbooks; share cross-market best practices; and support onboarding and training of new Mosaic personnel to the operating model. Incorporate design and editorial feedback into brand guideline documentation to ensure continuous improvement and alignment; support a data-driven approach to content optimization and recommend solutions to enhance content performance KPIs. Experience needed: 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or delivery operations, preferably within a regulated industry. Agency or consulting background with demonstrated client-facing account management experience. Experience managing end-to-end content production or delivery workflows in a multi-channel environment. Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships at multiple organizational levels. Requirements: Experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry within a marketing, delivery, or content production function. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as AEM, SFMC, OCE, or Veeva Vault. Highly experienced in program/project management and leading cross-functional teams across geographies. Proficiency in digital strategy, analytics, and A/B testing methodologies to support campaign performance optimization. Awareness of brand guidelines, regulatory compliance requirements, and content governance in a pharma or highly regulated marketing environment.
