Traffic Manager 3+ months, full-time hours Hybrid, 3 days/week in office in Etobicoke Rate: $44-47/hr. Our agency client is looking for a freelance Traffic Manager to join their team. This role is Hybrid, onsite with the team 3 days a week. This is an exciting role for a highly organized Traffic Manager with strong experience with process optimization, resourcing, brief intakes, prioritization and scheduling ideally in and agency setting for Marcom projects. Requirements of the Traffic Manager: -4+ years of experience in a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, Project Manager, or similar agency operations role -Proficiency with project management and resource planning tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar -Strong understanding of project workflows, resource allocation, and production timelines -Experience facilitating project intake processes and gathering detailed creative briefs Responsibilities of the Traffic Manager: -Managing project intake, briefing, and workflow processes -Overseeing resource planning and team capacity across multiple projects -Prioritizing incoming work and ensure alignment with business objectives -Developing and maintain project schedules and timelines -Driving process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations -Partner with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
