You are detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen. Does this sound like you? Essential Job Functions Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisles, and back-of-house areas. Ensure dishwasher temperatures and chemicals are monitored. Use the deep hand-washing system as required. Break down trays, set up the dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glassware, and silverware using proper procedures. Return all cleaned and sanitized items to their assigned areas. Empty trash cans and wash the inside and outside of each can. Thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster. Break down the dish machine and clean the inside and outside. Clean tile walls, floors, and baseboards. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
