We are seeking a dynamic individual who enjoys taking on challenges and handling a variety of tasks. Job Description Reporting to the Manufacturing Systems Manager and supporting the Senior Planner-Buyer, the Purchasing Clerk is responsible for entering purchase orders into the database. The incumbent is also responsible for placing purchase orders and ensuring that internal approval procedures are followed at all times. Responsibilities Process supplier purchasing information and issue purchase details for work orders; Manage documentation related to the purchasing process and prepare reports for performance indicator tracking; Provide support to the Supply Chain Department with other tasks as required; Communicate regularly in both French and English with local and international business partners regarding purchasing activities and other related matters as needed. Qualifications AEC or DEC in Administration, or equivalent experience; Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work at an intermediate level in Word and Excel; Ability to work with ERP systems (knowledge of M3 is considered an asset); Bilingualism (French and English) required for communication with partners and stakeholders outside the province of Quebec. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: 50,000$ or more, depending on experience.
