Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities. We're seeking a hands-on marketing campaign specialist who thrives on executing comprehensive campaigns from conception to completion. This is a do-it-yourself role: you'll both develop the strategic plan AND personally build the ads, copy, landing pages, and content that bring it to life — working with the regional campaign specialist to drive a strong growth strategy. What You'll Do Write high-converting ad copy for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms Build and optimize landing pages from scratch using page builders Create presentation materials for webinars, partnerships, and educational expos Collaborate with the content team, designers, and regional digital marketer to build campaigns targeting the US market Who You'll Work With Regional Digital Marketer — they launch and report on campaigns; you partner with them to optimize Content & PR Marketer — to find and create content that resonates with the audience USCA Sales Team You get energized by wearing multiple hats and prefer to build campaigns yourself rather than delegate. You see the big picture strategically but love diving into the tactical details of execution. Essential experience 3–5 years of hands-on marketing where you personally created and managed campaigns Proven experience writing high-converting copy for ads, emails, and landing pages Experience managing paid advertising across META, Google Ads, and other platforms (not the technical side) Email marketing platform expertise Content creation skills — blog posts, social content, and educational materials An analytics and optimization mindset What makes you stand out Self-starter who acts without waiting for direction Creative problem solver who generates and tests fresh ideas quickly Detail-oriented executor who keeps every campaign element polished Data-driven optimizer who decides on metrics, not assumptions Adaptable communicator across audiences and channels Bonus points Experience in education or online learning markets Familiarity with CRM systems and lead scoring Experience with webinar platforms and event marketing We look forward to hearing from you!
