Résumé du poste
Customer Support Associate Department: Customer Support Team Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Experience: Entry Level Compensation: $48,500-$50,500 CAD/year Join our mission to empower people to take control of their health. Are you curious, compassionate, and excited to help people? Cronometer is looking for a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Revelstoke, BC. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone earlier in their support career who is excited to learn, grow, and develop toward more independent ownership over time. Cronometer is a nutrition tracking app used by millions of people around the world. We pride ourselves not only on our science-backed data, but on offering thoughtful, human, and helpful support to the people using our product every day. This isn’t your typical call-centre role. You won’t just answer questions - you’ll help users understand their health data, get more value from Cronometer, and share the insights that help us improve the customer experience. You’ll be joining a fast-learning support environment where curiosity, clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and collaboration matter. What You'll Do: Deliver friendly, clear, and accurate support to users by email through Zendesk. Learn Cronometer’s features, common user workflows, integrations, and core nutrition concepts. Follow established workflows to investigate issues, asking thoughtful follow-up questions and escalating with clear context when needed. Reproduce and document suspected bugs using team guidance, templates, and internal processes. Stay informed on product updates, known issues, ticket trends, and internal team guidance. With team guidance, monitor and respond to user feedback across app store reviews, Reddit, or social media. Help maintain support resources and help content, flag recurring pain points, and as you grow, contribute ideas that improve our workflows. You Might Be a Fit If You: Are a clear written communicator who enjoys digging into what's really going on. Care about helping people and creating a positive customer experience. Are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities with care. Are tech-savvy and eager to learn tools like Zendesk, Slack, GitHub, and AI-enabled support tools. Work well independently but enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team, and are open to feedback and coaching. Can spot patterns or recurring issues and are comfortable raising them with your team. Are interested in health, nutrition, technology, and learning how people use a detailed product in real life. Are based in, or willing to relocate to, Revelstoke, BC, and excited to work in person with the team. Nice to Have: Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, communications, or another people facing role. Familiarity with Cronometer, nutrition tracking tools, SaaS products, or mobile apps. Experience using AI tools for writing, research or support work. Experience writing help content, documentation, or customer-facing instructions. Understanding of nutrition concepts or credentials in the field (not required, but a bonus!) What We Offer: $48,500–$50,500 CAD/year + employee bonus program Comprehensive health & dental benefits RRSP Matching Employee Stock Option Plan 3 weeks paid time off, plus flexible schedule and WFH days Company mobile phone & phone plan Fitness device rebate Professional development opportunities A mountain-town office filled with people who love nutrition, tech and the outdoors We care more about your mindset, curiosity and communication skills than ticking every box on a list.
