Oversee and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities across departments and managing inventory. Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and resolving work problems to improve productivity.

Requires a high school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. Candidates must be able to handle up to 23 kg and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
