Position: Enterprise AI Workflow Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $80 - $150/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities within real-world scenarios. Design and iterate agentic workflows simulating critical professional processes. Analyze reasoning gaps and workflow limitations in AI agent outputs. Develop comprehensive examples and test cases from domain expertise. Partner with stakeholders to communicate domain feedback for AI model development. Document workflow outcomes and contribute to best-practice libraries. Requirements Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, or Finance. Proven ability to connect data sources and integrate AI agents with business systems. Hands-on experience as a workflow builder with multi-tool agentic workflows. Strong analytical skills for identifying AI model performance gaps. Ability to articulate complex process requirements to diverse audiences.
