One of our clients, Carrier Mausoleums Constructions Inc. (CMC), is seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Manager (Construction) to manage and organize the construction, renovation and layout projects of mausoleums and other types of constructions. Work location;7575 Thimens, Montréal, Qc H4S2A2. You will be Accountable for: * Plan, organize, and structure projects to ensure compliance with schedules, production targets, and contract plans and specifications; * Ensure the delivery of projects in accordance with plans, quotes, and quality requirements, while meeting established deadlines and budgets; * Coordinate and supervise the work of the subcontractors, in collaboration with the incumbent superintendent; * Manage the supply of materials, equipment, and tools, as well as their safe storage on site; * Ensure the compliance and quality of the work, materials, and products, to facilitate the release of contractual deductions and compliance with the disbursement schedule; * Promote and enforce occupational health and safety standards and programs and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role. The Qualifications that Count: * College or university studies in civil engineering or a related field * Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial or commercial project management * Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets * Excellent command of MS Office tools, including MS Project * Knowledge of the Procore project management software (an important asset) * Excellent client relations skills, with a strong focus on finishing quality and customer satisfaction * French/English bilingualism, both orally and in writing * Must hold a legal Canadian work permit. Requires a degree in civil engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial project management. Must be bilingual in French and English and possess a legal Canadian work permit.
