We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Crown Autobody & Glass located in the Crown Honda dealership at 2610 McPhillips Street. Crown Autobody & Glass is a state-of-the-art autobody shops with all updated modern European equipment, specializing in import brands. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all the customers that you will interact with. After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our autobody repair customers. (Canadas leading corporate concierge discount service) What you'll do: Greet customers and provide them with a positive first impression Guide customers in person, online and on the phone through the claim and repair process, responding to their inquiries, educating them about the MPI process and creating appointments Collaborate with production, parts team and MPI and proactively provide customer with updates on their vehicles to meet estimated timeframes Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Collect payment and signatures with customers as required Walk clients to their vehicles on delivery explaining the repairs completed Assist with office work as required Qualifications: High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent Collision centre and/or automotive experience an asset 2+ years of customer service experience preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Great communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills Customer-oriented with a desire to provide exceptional customer experience Focused and detailed-oriented Positive, energetic attitude with willingness to learn Solid command of computers and Microsoft Office Programs Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes an asset Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude Other languages spoken are considered an asset CROWN AUTO GROUP is an equal opportunity employer!
