We have a great opportunity for Customer Service Representative to join our team at Crown Autobody & Glass on one-year contract, available at each of our location: Crown Autobody & Glass South at 1717 Waverley Street. Crown Autobody & Glass is a state-of-the-art autobody operation with modern equipment, specializing in high-quality collision repair and customer care. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to every customer you interact with. Following the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success in this role means having the ability and confidence to work with multiple computer programs while serving as a first point of contact for our autobody repair customers. Additional Crown Auto Group Employee Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including extended health, dental, vision, and massage therapy reimbursement Discounted fitness membership Associate Referral Bonus Program Career advancement opportunities, with many promotions coming from within the company Access to Perkopolis, Canada’s leading corporate concierge discount service What You’ll Do: Greet customers and provide them with a positive first impression Guide customers in person, online, and on the phone through the claim and repair process, responding to inquiries, educating them about the MPI process, and booking appointments Collaborate with production, the parts team, and MPI, and proactively provide customers with updates on their vehicles to help meet estimated timelines Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time Collect payments and signatures from customers as required Walk clients to their vehicles on delivery and explain the repairs completed Assist with office work as required Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Collision centre and/or automotive experience is an asset 2+ years of customer service experience preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Customer-oriented with a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience Focused and detail-oriented Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn Solid command of computers and Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes is an asset Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission Demonstrates Crown Auto Group’s CARMA values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude Other languages spoken are considered an asset Crown Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer. Exigences

Requires a high school diploma and preferably over two years of customer service experience. Must possess a valid driver's license with the ability to drive manual transmission and have a solid command of Microsoft Office.
