Crown Lift Trucks Canada is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and supportive team. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Engage with customers via phone, email and live chat * Qualify incoming leads and connect them with the right sales teams * Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calls * Track and manage customer interactions in CRM systems * Follow up on leads and contribute to sales success * Provide accurate product and service information * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support WHAT YOU BRING * Bilingual in French and English (required) * College Diploma, an asset * 2+ years of working experience in sales preferred, however willing to train. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools * Highly organized with strong time management abilities * Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Team player with the ability to work independently * Fluency in English (advanced level) is required 50% of the time to communicate with the customers in other provinces in Canada, with whom communication is conducted exclusively in English.
