Estimate or quote repair costs. Place parts orders and complete necessary paperwork * Perform safety and operational tests * Perform pre-delivery inspections, lay down trucks, and install trucks as needed * Communicate customer satisfaction information and leads to the appropriate personnel * Complete all training as required * Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements * Able to safely operate lift trucks and vehicles/service vans * Able to sit, stand, walk, bend/stoop/twist, squat, reach below knee level, grip/grasp, work with arm outstretched, and work above chest level * Able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs. * Able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 100 lbs, reach above shoulder level, climb stairs, climb ladders, torque, use vibratory tools, and pinch grip Education and Qualifications * High school diploma * Valid driver’s license * Industry related training and/or one to two years of prior experience (preferred) * Able to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics * Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and various types of testing equipment * Able to read and understand service manuals and microfiche, plan and follow-through * Good organizational, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required Please note that we currently require all new hires to complete a criminal reference check to be eligible for employment.
