Here’s what you’ll be doing: Impact member retention and deliver the “Wow Member Experience” Lead engaging Yoga classes following Crunch Fitness class formats and guidelines Create a calm, positive and welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels Demonstrate strong Yoga knowledge, technique, and teaching skills Incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques into classes Provide clear instruction and modifications to help participants practice safely and confidently Maintain a professional, encouraging, and inclusive environment Here’s who you are: Yoga teaching experience and strong knowledge of Yoga practices Ability to confidently lead group classes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals Yoga certification is required.
