Résumé du poste
Landscape Foreman – Grow Your Career with Us! Love the outdoors? Passionate about making green spaces look their best? If you take pride in leading a team and keeping landscapes in top shape, we’ve got the perfect job for you! At CSL Group, we believe in doing what you love and watching success follow. We’re a family-based company that’s been growing since 1982, and we’re all about our core values: SHARING (Safety, Humility, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing, and Growth). Now, we’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead the charge on keeping properties looking pristine. You’ll be the go-to person for your crew, making sure the job gets done right, on time, and with a smile. If you have a knack for leadership, a love for landscaping, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing: 🌱 Leading your crew and making sure everyone is working efficiently and safely 🌱 Keeping properties in top shape—grass-cutting, painting, repairs, and more 🌱 Identifying opportunities to enhance properties and make them look even better 🌱 Communicating with clients and keeping them happy 🌱 Handling equipment like tractors, skid steers, and grass-cutting gear like a pro 🌱 Training and coaching your team to bring out their best 🌱 Keeping detailed reports because paperwork is part of the gig too 🌱 Rolling with the seasons—when winter hits, you’ll shift gears into snow and ice management What You Need to Bring: ✔️ 2-3 years of experience in landscaping and/or construction ✔️ A college diploma in landscaping or a related field (bonus points!) ✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills—your crew will look up to you! ✔️ A valid driver’s license ✔️ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, daily log sheets) ✔️ A good eye for detail and a “get it done” attitude What to Expect: 🌤️ You’ll be working outdoors year-round—sun, rain, or snow, we’re out there! 💪 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (think bags of mulch, not boulders) ⏰ Some overtime and travel may be required 🦺 Safety gear is a must—steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and all that good stuff This is a full-time, year-round position, so when the grass stops growing, we keep busy with winter duties (snow removal, ice management, etc.). Ready to lead a team and grow your career with us? Apply today and let’s make the world a greener place together! 🌎💚
