As part of the CSN network?the most OEM-certified collision network in Canada?we invest in our technicians and provide an exceptional work environment.What You'll Do Complete structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicles using OEM and I-CAR standards Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for body and frame repairs Weld, repair, and replace panels, bumpers, and other body components Work with estimators and painters to ensure workflow efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work area Use shop software and tools to document and complete repairs RequirementsWho You Are Licensed 310B Auto Body Repair Technician or registered apprentice 2+ years of experience in collision repair Comfortable with structural repairs, welding, and aluminum work Detail-oriented and focused on quality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Team player with a strong work ethic BenefitsCompensation & Benefits Flat rate pay system based on billed hours ($28?$40+/hr potential) Weekly guaranteed earnings of $1,500 when flagged hours fall short Deferred repayment plan when technician exceeds target in future weeks Overtime and bonus opportunities available Paid OEM & I-CAR training and certifications Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Friendly, supportive team culture Free on-site parking Location: 187 Toryork Drive, North York, ON M9L 1X9Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am?5:30 pm), Saturday optional (8:00 am?12:00 pm)How to ApplySend your resume to:
