The Service Technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of water treatment equipment and commercial coffee systems at residential and commercial sites. They must also provide exceptional customer service, collect payments, and complete daily paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures On call technician, as required Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
