Our Company Culligan offers a full line of water treatment products for every problem. We provide the dependable service and technical expertise that has made Culligan the water solution choice for both residential and commercial locations. Responsibilities Sell water treatment applications to residential customers in a straightforward and professional manner. Execute Culligan’s proven sales presentation process while completing the full product demonstration with every potential customer. Seek out self-generated new customer leads and initiate sales calls to potential customers to maintain sales quotas. Generate leads from referrals, print advertising, etc. Respond to current customers’ needs as requested. Follow up with new customers pre-installation and post-sale of product. Discuss all products on a clearly understood level, answer customers’ questions, and perform the technical aspects of the job (water testing, etc.) Become known in the community through involvement in the local Chamber of Commerce and/or other civic organizations. Set personal performance goals and be creative in your attempts to achieve them. Communicate with the Sales Manager on leads and scheduled appointments. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Post-Secondary education in Marketing or a related field is an asset. Prior experience with residential territories Previous experience in the water industry or with residential sales is a definite asset. A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimum supervision. Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and good written and oral communication skills Pleasant, professional, and friendly customer service demeanour is a must. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to your own transportation. Good work ethic and good attitude is a must.
