We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team specializing in Service and Operations for our Saskatoon, SK branch. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Deliver strong operational and financial performance by achieving or exceeding balanced scorecard targets, optimizing asset utilization, and managing P&L with discipline and foresight. * Translate long‑term strategy into actionable business plans, ensuring your organization executes with clarity, alignment, and measurable short‑term results that support Cummins’ broader strategic direction. * Grow the business profitably by identifying new opportunities, understanding regional and global market dynamics, and ensuring offerings are optimized for Cummins’ capabilities and customer needs. * Strengthen cross‑functional execution by anticipating and resolving operational challenges across customer service, finance, quality, purchasing, materials, and HR, ensuring seamless performance across all functions. * Elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationship‑building, proactive engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that reflect both current and future customer expectations. * Drive continuous improvement and Six Sigma initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency while embedding common global business processes where applicable. * Develop high‑performing teams by leading, motivating, and coaching Supervisors and Individual Contributors, setting clear expectations for development, performance, and career growth. * Deepen organizational insight and market understanding by building expertise across all Cummins businesses and leveraging that knowledge to shape opportunities that strengthen Cummins’ regional and global presence Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
