Job Title Specialty Leasing Administrator (Contract) Job Description Summary Job Description Specialty Leasing areas of responsibilities are: Supporting the Specialty leasing team by coordinating administrative processes and maintaining and managing files and documentation File management for all properties specialty leasing programs Prepare, process and maintain specialty leasing agreements and related documentation Provide administrative support throughout the leasing process Deal Manager entry Create minutes for all specialty leasing meetings Other duties as assigned Key requirements A post‐secondary education in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field preferred 2+ years of administrative leasing experience in retail, sales or shopping centre related experience is preferred; You possess excellent communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment As an integral part of the property management team, interface with all members of the property administration, build relationships with head office leasing and participate and contribute to collective goals, objectives and events; Skills & Experience Required: The successful candidate will possess: Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Computer literate – Windows XP, Excel, Word, Simply Accounting, Adobe Illustrator, Internet; Basic accounting and record keeping skills; Self motivated, innovative and able to deal within a challenging environment; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral); Must be able to provide clear Police record check; This position requires local travel.
