Position Overview HDRLN has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer * When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters * Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition * Professionally represent HDRLN and our retail partners * Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service Benefits * Additional business and income * Competitive compensation * Affiliation with a recognized industry leader * Flexibility to own your own schedule * Experienced support staff, installation and product experts to assist you while in the field * Receive bi-weekly payments Required Skills * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Experience and proven measuring skills * Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters * Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments * Leaves positive and lasting impressions * Strong organizational skills * Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website * Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance * Possess all applicable state and local licenses

The Install Technician is responsible for scheduling installation appointments and conducting complex measurements for custom window treatments. They must also receive products, verify their condition, and provide professional installation services while representing the company.

Candidates must have extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas window treatments and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, they are required to have or obtain liability insurance and all applicable state or local licenses.
