We are working on adding other proprietary products to ensure work force stability. Our dayshift runs from 6:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 630am – 10:30am Friday. Our afternoon shift runs from 5pm to 4am Monday – Thursday. Responsibilities Produce good quality welds according to customer specifications and weld drawings. Occasionally will need to lift up to 50lbs. Will need to be able to stand for up to ten and a half hours per shift. Read and interpret blue prints. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years’ experience MIG welding. TIG welding experience is an asset. Fitting experience considered an asset. Stainless steel and aluminum welding experience is valuable. Robotic welder operation is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and take pride in your work. Past CWB certification considered an asset. Commitment to quality and workplace safety. Compensation Starting wages are based on skill & experience determined after a weld test has been completed ($20.75 – $31.97). 2 x 15 min breaks paid. ½ hour lunch unpaid. Time and ½ paid after 44 hours. Performance bonus points for quality and dedication. Afternoon shift premium. Annual profit-sharing bonus. Medical benefits. CQM is an equal opportunity employer. Produce high-quality welds according to customer specifications and technical drawings. Read and interpret blueprints while maintaining workplace safety standards.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience and the ability to lift 50lbs. Experience with TIG welding, fitting, and CWB certification is considered an asset.
