Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), LWR, and Salesforce Templates. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams. Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) across the SDLC for coding, debugging, testing, deployments, and RCA. Must be able to articulate recent project experience, solution architecture, key contributions, challenges faced, and AI adoption in projects.
