Description de poste: Gestionnaire de projets de Transition Description générale du poste: Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un (e) candidat (e) pour occuper le poste de gestionnaire de projets en charge des transferts de sources d’approvisionnement pour notre équipe de fabrication globale. Le candidat choisi aura la responsabilité de diriger divers projets de changement de sources de fournisseurs sur une grande variété de familles de produits et de fournisseurs. Il évoluera dans un environnement dynamique et devra faire preuve d’adaptabilité. Principales responsabilités: Établir la viabilité financière des projets identifiés par l’équipe de Sourcing afin de répondre à des défis de réduction des coûts et d’augmentation de performance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement Maintenir une prévision managed et réduction de coûts, effectuer le suivi des actions et identifier tout changement affectant ces budgets Planifier et exécuter des projets de changement de sources/ fournisseurs (projets de transition) pour les pièces achetées ou fabriquées suivant le processus interne de qualification des nouvelles sources tout en respectant le temps et le budget alloué Coordonner des équipes multidisciplinaires (Ingénierie, Qualité, Approvisionnement, Laboratoire, Inspection, etc...) afin de résoudre divers problèmes techniques affectant les transitions et les livraisons Diriger les revues de projets avec les fournisseurs externes ou internes et effectuer le suivi du développement des pièces. Peut nécessiter des voyages occasionnels à l’international Peut nécessiter le besoin de tenir des rencontres sur différentes plages horaires (ex : soir) Exigences requises: 5 ans et plus d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets/ exploitation / ingénierie/ gestion d’approvisionnement Bilingue français / anglais Leadership d’influence démontré et aptitude pour le travail en équipe Haut niveau d’énergie et entrepreneur Autonome, organisé et efficace Bonne capacité de communication Connaissance de SAP et des processus d’approvisionnement représente un atout Domaine d'études : administration des affaires, génie industriel, génie de la production, maintenance aéronautique, fabrication aéronautique, aérospatiale Ingénierie, Ingénierie de conception de fabrication, Ingénierie de fabrication, Mécanique Job description: Project Coordinator Transition General responsibilities of the position: We are currently looking for a candidate interested in the position of Project Coordinator in charge of work transfer from different sources for our global manufacturing team. The candidate will have the responsibility to lead various resourcing / supplier transition projects involving a wide variety of product families and suppliers. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment and will need to demonstrate adaptability. Specific responsibilities of position: -Determine the financial viability of identified projects from our Sourcing team to achieve our goals for cost reductions and increase of supply chain performance - Maintain managed and cost reduction forecast, follow up actions and highlight changes - Plan and execute supplier change projects (transition projects) for purchase or manufacture parts following our internal qualification process for new suppliers while respecting the allocated time and budget - Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Laboratory, Inspection, etc...) to resolve various technical issues impacting transitions and deliveries - Lead project reviews with internal or external suppliers and follow-up the parts development. - Forecast and monitor the associated project budgeting. - May required meetings on different schedule then day shift (ex: evening) - May require occasional travel Qualifications required: - 5+ years pertinent experience in Project management/ Operations/Engineering/Supply Management - Bilingual French / English - Demonstrated leadership skill - Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork - Autonomous, organized & efficient - Experienced with project management tools/software: MS Project, Excel, other. - Good communication abilities - Knowledge of SAP and procurement processes will be an asset Field of study: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Aeronautical Maintenance, Aeronautical Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical
