This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analytics professional who can transform complex manufacturing and supply-chain data into actionable insights that improve quality, producibility and delivery performance. What you’ll do: ✅ Develop Power BI dashboards and Databricks datasets ✅ Build and optimize ETL pipelines, data models and analytics solutions ✅ Analyze yield, supplier lead times, on-time delivery and production bottlenecks ✅ Identify critical parts and support producibility improvements ✅ Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain and operations teams ✅ Support root-cause and corrective-action initiatives ✅ Ensure data quality, governance, security and reliability ✅ Mentor analysts and help drive the program’s data strategy What we’re looking for: ✅ Six or more years of relevant experience ✅ Fluency in English and French ✅ Advanced SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau and Excel skills ✅ Experience with Spark, Databricks, databases and cloud platforms ✅ Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, architecture and governance ✅ Aerospace, defense or manufacturing experience preferred ✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline ✅ Eligible to work in Canada and able to work onsite in Montreal Experience with aerospace supply chains, RCCA, producibility, quality notifications, Jira, Confluence, GitHub or Agile environments would be highly valuable.
