*Company Overview* Dakota Gymnastics Academy Inc. is a vibrant gymnastics club dedicated to fostering athletic development, confidence, and teamwork among young athletes. We are passionate about creating a positive and energetic environment where children can learn and excel in gymnastics and cheerleading. *Overview* We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cheerleading Coach to join our dynamic team to help with the new cheerleading program. * Plan and deliver engaging cheerleading for beginners lessons. * Teach proper techniques for tumbling, stunting, jumps, routines, and cheerleading formations * Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship * Monitor athletes? progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate them to improve * Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and activities * Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure the training area is clean and organized *Experience* * Previous experience teaching cheerleading is a must. * Experience teaching gymnastics or willingness to learn is an asset. * Ability to effectively communicate instructions to children of diverse ages and skill levels * Passion for working with kids and fostering a supportive environment Join us to make a lasting impact on young athletes? lives!
