The Territory Manager – On Premise is responsible for the implementation of the territorial sales plan to maximize sales volume and product distribution of the Dandurand Group across the On-Premise channel within the Greater Toronto Metropolitan Area. The Territory Manager is responsible for delivering all quarterly incentives. They are expected to energize all other Territory Managers and instill a strong team spirit among their peers. Responsibilities Assertively grow the market share and presence in licensee accounts by building quality partnerships that fit the Dandurand Group portfolio of spirits brands Focus on Distribution of New Products and Key focus brands Analyze industry data and be able to interpret to build quality sales presentations, with a focus on strong ROI Proactively identify and engage in opportunities to grow business, add value and keep our brands top of mind Achieve sales targets and generate sales growth in respective territory Manage designated budgets on a daily basis to grow business Manage business related expenses and providing feedback on spending activities 100% compliance in tracking account calls, targets, objectives, distribution and account management in CRM platform Forecast volume estimates for account purchases utilizing sales data Participate in supplier visits, trade events, marketing blitz programs, and consumer events, all of which may fall outside of normal business hours Maintain an excellent understanding of our products, the competitive landscape, and the customer's business Education and experiences Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Three (3) years of experience in a sales role Experience in the on-premise alcoholic beverage industry (strong asset) WSET 2 certification (strong asset) Skills Highly developed interpersonal skills, confidence, and dynamic leadership capabilities Excellent communication and presentation capabilities Ability to analyze and interpret data to ensure closing the sale Strong planning and organizational skills Completed training in the wine industry (WSET 2 or higher) is a strong asset Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge of various CRM tools Proven ability to manage multiple projects and respect tight deadlines Ability to attend evening and weekends events Own a car and a valid driver’s license AI-supported tools may be used to assist in the preliminary screening of applications. All evaluations and final hiring decisions remain fully under human review and judgment.

Exigences

Requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of sales experience, preferably within the on-premise alcoholic beverage industry. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a car, and ideally a WSET 2 certification.
