Skills and Experience · Minimum 2 year?s experience scratch baking in a professional commercial bakery is mandatory · Energetic with a positive work ethic · Able to multi-task · Reliable and able to work independently with confidence · Able to work as a team under the Department Manager · Must be able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment · Strong communication skill · Able to read instructions and follow directions in English · Strong organizational skills and time management skills · Must be accountable for the quality and standard of products produced · Able to pay attention to detail -First Aid, WHMIS, Occupational Health and Safety familiarity -Food handling certification Danish Pastry House is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel like they belong.
