We are looking for a Dough Feeder on various shifts. Starting rate is $19.14 per hour with progression. Key Ingredients Responsible for operating the dough feeder and ensuring it is operating properly Maintaining correct flow of dough and keeping accurate weights Assist with dough tub change-outs Monitor & Run rotary Hopper Complete QC checks Keep work area clean and tidy throughout shift and clean up after shift Adhere to food safety guidelines Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual Recipe for Success Demonstrate agility and precision to align with the rapid production pace Previous experience in the same role would be beneficial Skilled in clear and impactful communication Punctual and team player You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!) You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues Candidates must have strong English language communications skills (verbal and written), be able to lift awkward and heavy items. The Dough Feeder is responsible for operating the dough feeder machinery, ensuring proper operation, maintaining correct dough flow, and assisting with tub change-outs. This role also requires completing quality control checks and keeping the work area clean and tidy throughout and after the shift.

Candidates must demonstrate agility and precision to match the rapid production pace, possess strong English communication skills (verbal and written), and be capable of lifting awkward and heavy items. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, especially food manufacturing, is beneficial, along with punctuality and a team-oriented attitude.
