Job Title: Maintenance Storekeeper Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Non-Union Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm plus overtime if required Responsibilities: Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure accurate stock levels and availability. Receive, inspect, store, and issue parts and materials, maintaining usage records. Coordinate purchasing activities, including ordering parts, tracking deliveries, and working with suppliers to meet maintenance needs. Support maintenance operations by ensuring timely access to critical spare parts and assisting with inventory planning and control. Pick up Maintain a safe, organized, and clean storeroom while complying with company safety, housekeeping, and inventory management standards. Required Qualifications: Experience with CMMS and inventory systems is an asset Valid Class 5 License Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is an asset.2–5 years of warehouse, inventory, or maintenance storeroom experience Some travel required to pick up parts Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and customer service skills Effective problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working with maintenance staff, vendors, and operations teams Able to meet the physical demands of the role Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to lift, push and pull 50+ pounds Required to bend, twist, push/pull and lean Climbing into and out of transport truck Extended periods of sitting, standing and walking We Offer: $26.06 per hour plus Overtime after 40 hours worked.
