Infor Visual ERP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant

THE ROLE This role is best suited for a Senior Infor Visual ERP Consultant / Business Analyst hybrid who excels at documentation, process analysis, transaction tracing, and stakeholder engagement. While strong Infor Visual expertise is required, the highest priority is an individual capable of understanding a method, process, or data flow and translating it into professional, comprehensive documentation that can be used by executives, business users, project teams, and auditors alike. Tacton CPQ experience is highly desirable and would be considered a significant advantage. Required QualificationsFunctional Expertise 10+ years of ERP consulting experience. 5+ years of Infor Visual ERP experience. Deep understanding of: Manufacturing operations Finance and accounting processes Order-to-Cash (O2C) Record-to-Report (R2R) Inventory management Production management Purchasing and procurement Documentation & Analysis Skills Exceptional written communication skills. Demonstrated experience creating executive-level process documentation. Ability to transform loosely defined SME discussions into structured documentation. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills. Experience producing: Process maps Data flow diagrams Functional specifications Assessment reports Gap analyses Technical Skills Experience analyzing ERP transactions and data movement. Ability to trace data across multiple systems and integrations. Understanding of: ERP databases Reporting environments Integration concepts Financial data flows Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tacton CPQ. Experience with Tableau reporting and analytics. Experience with ERP migration or modernization initiatives. Manufacturing industry experience. Experience supporting assessment, audit, or due diligence engagements. Familiarity with Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable process modeling tools. Experience documenting controls, risks, and compliance considerations. Critical Success Factors The successful consultant will be able to: Quickly gain credibility with business stakeholders. Interview users and uncover undocumented business processes. Understand complex ERP transactions and integrations. Trace data from source transaction through financial reporting outputs. Create high-quality, client-ready documentation with minimal rework. Distill complex findings into concise executive summaries and recommendations. Independently drive discovery conversations and produce structured deliverables. LOCATION / DURATION We are Infor preferred delivery partners so we do have a busy pipeline of projects across the Infor product line including Visual ERP. This particular opportunity is currently projected to be remote but if any onsite visits are required they will be limited to short visit for stakeholder interviews, documentation review, milestone meetings, etc. All travel expenses related to these visits will be pre-booked and funded to mitigate out-of-pocket status for the candidate. The role involves analyzing complex ERP transactions and data flows to create professional, executive-level process documentation. The consultant will interview stakeholders to uncover undocumented business processes and translate them into structured deliverables.

Requires over 10 years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5 years specifically in Infor Visual ERP. Candidates must possess exceptional written communication skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing and financial operations.
