Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer

We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies. Develop and enhance web applications using JSP, JSF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot. Design, develop, and support microservices-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Utilize GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Required Skills Strong experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, and/or JSF. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot. Experience developing Microservices. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with both front-end and back-end application development. Knowledge of REST APIs and web services. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-powered developer tools. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.

Requires strong experience in full-stack development with Java, J2EE, and modern front-end technologies. Candidates should be proficient in building RESTful APIs and working within Agile environments.
