Transformer Testing Specialist

One of our manfacturing clients in looking for a Transformer Testing Specialist for theri plant near Montreal, QC. Pay - $80k-$120k Key Responsibilities Perform testing to ensure transformers operate efficiently and meet performance standards. Analyze and interpret test results to identify issues and verify product quality. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Operate a variety of standard and specialized testing tools and equipment. Maintain high quality standards while following safety and testing procedures. Plan and prioritize testing activities (opportunity to grow into a Team Leader role). Assist with training and mentoring team members (opportunity to develop leadership skills). Qualifications Previous hands-on experience testing electrical transformers is required. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Capable of performing physically demanding manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
