Senior Law Clerk | Administrative Law & Professional Regulation Toronto, ON | Remote Our client, a highly regarded downtown Toronto law firm, is seeking a Senior Law Clerk to join its growing Professional Regulation and Administrative Law practice on a mainly remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex files, and takes pride in supporting lawyers before tribunals and courts. What You'll Do Provide both administrative and law clerk support to 2 lawyers in a busy administrative law practice. Prepare and manage documentation for hearings, appeals, tribunal matters, and judicial review applications. Draft, organize, file, and maintain legal documents in accordance with applicable rules, procedures, and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, tribunals, and the courts. Manage competing priorities while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Support file management, scheduling, and litigation-related administrative activities. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of law clerk experience within administrative law, professional regulation, litigation, or tribunal-based practices. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload. Experience preparing materials for hearings, appeals, and judicial review proceedings. Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk Program (ILCO-certified preferred) or Paralegal Program. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Case Centre, and GhostPractice or similar legal/accounting software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
