Your Mission Sports Ambassador: Promote your sport within the local community and boost the commercial performance of your department. Customer Service & Advice: Share your practical expertise to advise everyone from enthusiasts to beginners and deliver exceptional service. Department Management: Ensure your workspace is well-maintained, attractively presented, and appealing to customers. Skill Development: Learn the commercial and operational management of a department on the job to quickly gain autonomy. Safety & Versatility: Contribute to a safe environment and participate in store operations (checkout, goods receiving, inventory management). Your Player Profile Sports enthusiast: You actively and passionately practice a specific sport (a real driving force for engaging your local community!). Ambition & Curiosity: You have a strong desire to learn and build a career, along with the drive to quickly take on more responsibility in the medium term. Commitment: You are looking for a full-time position and are available to work weekends (rotating schedule). You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools. Promote sports within the local community and drive the commercial performance of the assigned department. Provide expert advice to customers while ensuring the workspace is well-maintained and participating in general store operations.

Candidates must be passionate sports enthusiasts with a strong desire to learn and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Availability to work weekends is required, and previous experience in sales or customer service is considered a plus.
